PROBLEM
Head2Head wanted to build on their document management and offline advertising system by creating an interactive platform that advertisers could use to access available advertising space. Head2Head needed a technology partner with experience working in the advertising market, as well as special skills at fulfilling unique programming and development requirements for advertising management systems. SOLUTION
We decided it would be best for Head2Head to develop a new system from scratch. Together we devised technical requirements and specifications to outline all the features and functions needed from the new system. We prototyped a full-featured interface for all system users and began implementation.
After three months, we completed the implementation and presented the alpha version to Head2Head, demonstrating the system for their feedback and comments, which helped us create a list of bugs, improvements, and performance adjustments to make. After the edits, we started full-scale operation for functional and load tests. Then we installed the system on the customer's server resources and performed final testing directly on the customer side. After those tests were completed, we were up and running.
RESULT
Head2Head now has a new customer document management system designed to provide interoperability between platforms for all of their owners, advertisers and agencies. They were finally able to shift in their advertising business form technology limitations to unlimited opportunities.
